Shipping

We provide 3 shipping methods, depending on your chosen delivery address/country.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is not trackable. Once your package has left our despatch centre, we are no longer accountable for it.

Tracked Delivery

When you chose Tracked Delivery, you will initially be provided with an order confirmation email that will NOT include your tracking details.

Once the courier has collected your package from us, we will add the Tracking Code to your order history and email you the details, which will include the tracking code and a link to follow. This link allows you to to track your goods through the delivery company’s tracking portal. We do not have any more information about your package, than seen in that portal.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us via LiveChat, or use the Contact Us form, and provide us with the details of your order, including your order number.

Tracked & Insured Delivery

Tracked & Insured Delivery entitles you to 1 reship only. You must wait 30 days for your package to arrive, before claiming your reship. Your claim must be placed no later than 60 days after your order date. So wait 30 days, then claim within the following 30 days. Any claims that do do reach us between 30 and 60 days after your order date, will be rejected. If you chose Tracked and Insured Delivery, and your delivery does not arrive because it is NOT LEGAL in your country, we will not reship it. Make sure it is legal, before ordering!

Delivery Timescales

Shipping around the world is generally pretty fast, however, we do see that some packages can take as long as 30 days to arrive at the final destination. If after 30 days have passed , and you are unfortunate enough not to have received your order, contact us stating your Chemicals-Trade.com order number, and we will investigate and reship if you paid for the reship guarantee. Please note we will only reship any order once.

Please do not ask us to use different chemical names to avoid customs etc, we will not do so.

Unregistered Airmail delivery cost : €4.99 (eta 7-12 days but can take up to 30 days):
Airmail deliveries are not tracked, but many customers prefer this method as it does not require a signature. This method is not insured or covered by our reship guarantee. If for any reason your package does not arrive we will not reship or refund under any circumstances. This method is the only shipping option for orders shipping to Sweden, Norway, Finland and all countries outside the EU.

YOUR ORDER STATUS

When you place an order with us our system updates you every step of the way, and you will get emails updating you about the status of the order.
The onsite order status’s are as follows:
AWAITING PROCESSING: This means that your order has been successfully placed, no money has been taken yet.
AWAITING BANK TRANSFER: Your bank payment order has been placed and we are waiting for you to make the bank transfer.
PAYMENT RECEIVED: Your payment has been recieved by us
PACKING IN PROGRESS: Your order is being picked and packed, ready to be passed on to royal mail or UPS
SHIPPED: Your order has been shipped, if you have choosen a trackable method the tracking details will be emailed to you.
ORDER DECLINED: We have tried to take a payment and your bank has declined the transaction, please contact your bank.

We have strict shipping restrictions in place, if we believe a chemical is not legal in your region we will not ship there, but is is down to the end user to confirm your with your local law authority. we take no responsibility for any legal issues in your region.

All orders placed before 4pm CET will be shipped that day. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
